Removing small cores of soil from your lawn reduces soil compaction and promotes root growth for healthier grass! Don’t worry about picking up the plugs they can be left on the surface to breakdown naturally. A well aerated lawn will allow water and nutrients to get down to the roots of the grass where they are needed.

****You are responsible for marking or flagging your sprinkler heads, any cable/phone lines, invisible fence, or any other buried cables that may be damaged by an aerator, prior to your service. We are not responsible for any damages that result from aeration services.

If your lawn is looking thin and worn, overseeding can help you get back to the thick, lush, green lawn you've always wanted.

Before putting down seed, we recommend core aeration to relieve soil compaction and aid in new growth. We use a Kentucky Blue Grass blend well suited to our cool region and put it down with a spreader. We do not use bargain brands as it can be poor quality and can contain multiple undesirable varieties.

$100 per Yard

There are many benefits to mulching. Mulch prevents weeds from growing and minimizes soil compaction during the rainy season. It also promotes nutrition on the soil and helps monitor and maintain the even temperature of the soil. Mulch also helps conserve water as it retains moisture from watering and gets more to the roots of the plants. Finally, it can help keep an attractive and uniform appearance on your property.

This is a flat rate for most residential customers, regardless of the number of zones. Please make sure you let us know the number of zones when you schedule service.

****We are not responsible for damages that result from turning the valve on after service has been done but prior to the next season turn-on. You are responsible for draining the pipes inside your home once service has been completed. Any pipe damage as a result of the homeowner's failure to drain interior pipes is the responsibility of the homeowner.
